What if I want to stop 1:1 coaching?
Coaching can be cancelled at any time! If you have already paid, we would just finish out the month(s) you have already paid for.
Do I need a full gym in order to do your programming?
Although a full gym is ideal, my training programs are custom to you and the equipment that you have access to!
What if I don't know how to perform a specific exercise in my plan?
Demo videos are provided in the app along with details on how many sets and reps to perform.
Do the programs include a nutrition guide?
As I am not a certified dietitian or nutritionist, I cannot provide a nutrition guide or meal plans. I can, however, recommend some goals as far as macronutrients and daily calories, as well as give some ideas on how to hit those goals! If you would like, I could also recommend a nutritionist or dietitian to work with you one-on-one.
