Meet Briana
My approach to training allows for health and fitness to enhance your life, not take control over it. You don't need to spend hours in the gym, and you definitely don't have to give up the foods that you love!
I focus on educating my clients and helping them develop a better relationship with their health by assisting them in creating better habits and consistency, while also improving both physically and mentally.
I received my Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and experience in group fitness and one-on-one training.
