Meet Briana

My approach to training allows for health and fitness to enhance your life, not take control over it. You don't need to spend hours in the gym, and you definitely don't have to give up the foods that you love!


I focus on educating my clients and helping them develop a better relationship with their health by assisting them in creating better habits and consistency, while also improving both physically and mentally. 

I received my Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and experience in group fitness and one-on-one training.

Meet Briana

Briana is so passionate about all aspects of a healthy lifestyle and it shows. She really listened to me on what my goals were with the program. I love the workouts that I am assigned; and, especially that they are between 30-45 minutes in length.  It truly makes it seem more feasible to squeeze into my daily routine.


The hardest part for me, as far as my personal health goals, is probably the food/diet.  Briana includes awesome meal and snack ideas, as well as how to swap out more healthy foods.

I know this will be a long and slow process to get my body to where I want it to be – and shed these menopause/pandemic pounds I have accumulated – but, it will be a challenging and fun process doing it with the guidance of Briana.
